Snow in the Jungle / Nieve en la jungla - Final Performance!

  • The Children's Museum & Theatre of Maine (map)
  • Google Calendar ICS

This is the FINAL performance!

Snow in the Jungle / Nieve en la Jungla

Based on the book by Ariane Hofmann-Maniyar
Adapted by Nicole McNulty
Directed by Robbie Harrison

Snow loves her tundra friends, snowy hills, and polar treats. When her mom gets a new job far away, suddenly Snow must leave everything that she knows. In her new home, vegetation grows thick and green, animals eat strange yellow fruit with a peel, and it is hot. Very, very hot. This little polar bear finds her way through the anxieties of moving to a new place where “only her mother’s hug felt the same as always.” This bilingual English & Spanish play is intended to foster belonging, celebrate the generosity of others, and offer young audiences a chance to imagine themselves as a Polar Bear in the Jungle.

Ideal for ages 4-9 and their families.

Tickets are $15 per person for adults and children. Museum & Theatre members get a 10% discount!

Tickets are $15 per person for adults and children. Museum & Theatre members get a 10% discount!

Mucho, mucho calor.
